    Hello Zachary

    I have checked your account and it seems you do not have any BTC in your account that most probably why you are getting an error.

    Your account shows that you have BCC which is Bitcoin Cash. When you are withdrawing your BCC make sure you are sending to a Bitcoincash address and l am sure your transaction will run smoothly.

    I emailed many times about withdraw issues.

    2 transactions have been locked in "processing" for days/weeks and need to be canceled. ID # 7607 and ID # 10692

    The bigger issue is that a bank deposit was made to an invalid account number and the money has disappeared, it should have been rejected and the money is gone.  ID # 10800

    All my money should be deposited back into and unlocked in my account.  

    I to am believing this sight is a scam.  How can nobody be responding to my emails with such a important issue!!!

    Hi,

    When i try to withdraw bitcoin, the system says "your withdraw request went through" but it doesn't show up in the withdrawal history and the balance remains the same. How can i fix this?

    My sincere apologies for the late response to your Support tickets, this was so because we are trying to clear the backlog of tickets that we have.

    Usually when funds are withdrawn to an invalid bank account,  we wait for the funds to first bounce back into our account before we can re-credit your account.

    I will keep you posted once the funds are back.

    How many confirmations are needed to get Bitcoin Cash (BCH) deposits to show up on our wallets?

    Nomsa Mukuze,

    You do know Golix (you) would NOT piss people off if Golix exchange and wallets worked!!!!  I've had 2 Support tickets in for over a month that have NOT BEEN responded to from Golix; not once!

    Transactions show as being confirmed BUT Golix HAS NO showing/record of our crypto-currency getting into our wallets.  Golix better start doing support better and get things working!

    Golix is starting to turn into THE WORST EXCHANGE EVER!!!

    Can you get our currencies back from your black hole and available to us?

    APPRECIATE SOMETHING THAT WORKS...

    I wished I would of read this before making a deposit into this Exchange. Now I am unable to withdrawal my Bitcoin. 

    I get the same error that Ruaanuys was getting 2 months ago.. 2 Months ago this issue was reported and it's still not fixed?? Yes I am using Google Chrome. Looking at page source during the execution there are a number of errors. If need be can we discuss withdrawing my BTC manually since it doesn't appear that you're going to get this resolved anytime soon?

     

    Update:

     

    So I was able to achieve a withdrawal, and the issue is that the label field while most of us would think would be optional apparently needs to be completed. I have the withdrawal as "accepted" but after 10 minutes still do not see it being broadcasted to the mempool yet. I'll provide another update again if after I see a confirmation in the blockchain.

     

    Update #2.

    So after 14 or so hours my BTC finally arrived at my deposit wallet outside of Golix. Why so long? I have no idea, other than Golix didn't broadcast the transaction until sometime much much later for reasons unknown.

    I tried to transfer .0111 bitcoin to my wallet at 12KaW37hVLR16kQiMTGsqMJcaGniL21tmW and it never made it, the hashcode can't be looked up and it didn't go through and verification process. This is really concerning. Golix, can you please send .0111 to my 12KaW37hVLR16kQiMTGsqMJcaGniL21tmW wallet asap? 

    Received this error for the hash lookup:

    No transaction found with the hash 9f788163fd351b832f204efb3e98c1c186e1462ee822728354410351d61730c1

    ASAP? Yeah that won't be happening. Check back in tomorrow. I had to wait over 14 hours before they even broadcast my transaction to the mempool in order to commit it to the blockchain.

    That would be my guess. Hell I could write a script for them to automate it. I hope they aren't reviewing the withdrawal manually to confirm the balance and then completing it.

     

    It goes without saying that what is going on here is no way to run an Exchange. Another interesting note is that the Golix.io servers are located in the United States. Making them subject to money transmitter laws. Should be interesting to watch if lawsuits start getting filed.

    Thanks Nomsa, I verified the transfer made it through and I received the .0111 bitcoin referenced in my earlier post.
